The Founding Patron is one of two individuals who make the Brooklyn Collective possible. Not symbolically — structurally. Your $10,000 per month funds the Nimbus water filtration facility that is the physical heart of the network: the 24/7 hub where growers fill their containers, neighbors meet at any hour, and the community's new tradition of clean food and genuine connection begins.

There are only two Founding Patron memberships available at any time. This is not a marketing constraint. It is a reflection of what this role actually is: the foundation upon which everything else is built.

Naming Rights — Competitive and Time-Limited

The Founding Patron earns the right to name the Nimbus water filtration facility for the duration of a minimum 12-month commitment. Naming rights are not permanent. At the end of each commitment period, naming rights are opened to competitive renewal — giving the community the opportunity to recognize whoever is presently carrying the institution forward. Past Founding Patrons are permanently commemorated by the community in other meaningful ways, as befits those who were here first.

This structure ensures that the naming of the facility always reflects an active, ongoing commitment to the community — not a historical transaction.

What you fund

Your contribution directly funds the opening of the Nimbus water filtration facility — the $30,000 threshold that unlocks the first chapter of the Brooklyn Collective. Every grower who fills a clean water container, every neighbor who visits another neighbor's home to harvest food they purchased together, every anthem sung under the community flag — all of it begins with you.

The home is the market. The transaction is a visit. The network is the product. You are the reason the network exists.
